As the Clinical Director of Feltin Community Care, Kim oversees our clinical model of care. She develops and implements clinical policies and procedures, communication workflows, and is instrumental in making our clinical strategy come to life. Kim provides training and mentoring to team members, leads a variety of clinical projects and represents our care team when collaborating with external partners.

Kim has almost three decades of experience in leadership and as a nurse practitioner in clinical settings.  Most recently, she served as the Clinical Site Manager and a Nurse Practitioner for the Lawrence-based Commonwealth Community Care site focused on in-home primary care for people with complex needs. She has extensive experience caring for adult and geriatric patients with acute and chronic medical conditions in both inpatient and outpatient settings, serving as Nurse Practitioner Team Lead at Genesis Physician Services (Andover, MA) and Adult Nurse Practitioner at New England Neurological Associates (Lawrence, MA) among other settings. She holds certifications as Adult Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
