As the Executive Director, Amy oversees internal programs and staff, working with team members to develop and grow the Feltin model of home-based care for individuals with complex needs. She manages external partnerships and projects, oversees philanthropic efforts, and drives Feltin’s strategy and analytics, working with the board of directors to advance Feltin’s mission throughout eastern MA.

Amy’s career has been focused on collaborating with creative visionaries to execute, expand and transform their organizations to bring about meaningful results and lasting impact. She has over two decades of experience overseeing operations in various settings. At Healthcare Financial, Inc she held numerous roles related to operational improvement, relationship building, change management and other key areas and served as the organization's Vice President of Operations for 6 years. Prior to that she worked in the tech industry, managing product release cycles for IONA Technologies and leading production and QA cycles for River Logic.

Amy’s personal experience in caring for her mom who had ALS drives her commitment to partner with innovators who are improving the care options for people with complex needs.
